All presenting authors of accepted abstracts will be required to fill out an online disclosure form.
POSTER INFORMATION
• NAME will provide cork boards with push pins.
• Posters must fit within a 45-inch by 45-inch (1.1 by 1.1 m) space. There will be 2 presentations sharing one side of a 4x8 foot board. NAME reserves the right to remove posters that exceed the size requirement.
• Posters must be attended by the Presenting Author during the assigned time period(s). Award applicants may be required to attend their posters at additional designated time period/s. The poster attendance schedule will also be noted in the Meeting Program.
• If the scientific content of the submitted abstract has been altered since its submission, a notice that a revised abstract has been posted must be included.
• Posters are a combination of text and graphics. Plan on information that can be seen from at least 3 feet (.9 meters) away. Consider a headline that will grab the attention of colleagues who are walking by.
• Text should be large, no smaller than 18 point. Graphics should have captions.
• Add a QR code to the poster with video or other information supporting your poster.
• Please send a PDF of your poster to [email protected] no later than Monday, August 12th to be loaded into the virtual system for our virtual attendees. The PDF should be no larger than 50MB and should NOT include embedded video.
