Registration InformationAs Dr. Pinckard mentioned in his incoming President’s speech last year, his primary goal for his presidency was to convert NAME to a hybrid annual meeting format. We are pleased to announce that his goal will become a reality at this year’s annual meeting! Attendees can choose to come to the meeting in person, watch it live, or watch it later up to one month following the meeting. All versions will be eligible for continuing medical education. The registration fee for the virtual option will be the same as for the in-person option. In person expenses include things like meeting space at the hotel and food/drink, which are not necessary for virtual attendees. However, virtual expenses are not necessary for in person attendees and include the infrastructure and technology that permits the broadcasting and recording of the sessions, as well as the remote voting capabilities; adding this technology is quite expensive. Therefore, the registration fees will be the same. You will either use the “in-person” or “virtual” registration link when you register for the meeting.
